We’re proud to offer pan-India shipping on all our handcrafted sterling silver and 925 silver jewellery. Every order is securely packed and shipped with care. Please read our shipping terms below for complete details:

1) Processing Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2) Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS within 48 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier partner’s website.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas or local holidays may cause additional delays that are beyond our control.

4) Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare event of a package being lost or excessively delayed in transit, we will provide a free reshipment or a refund as applicable.

However, please note:

  • If the shipping address entered by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible, and such orders are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
  • If the order is delayed at the local courier office, the customer must first contact the courier service directly before requesting further support from us.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, local strikes, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our control.

5) If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived

If you haven’t received your order within 7–8 business days from the shipping date, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist you.
