All products are described and priced as accurately as possible.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products or pricing at any time without notice.
Prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We use secure third-party payment gateways to process all transactions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including fraud detection, errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

After the 2-hour window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
Orders once dispatched are non-cancellable under any circumstances.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
We do not provide real-time delivery estimates at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 days, depending on your pin code and location.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can escalate the issue with our courier partner.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.

7. Return and Refund Policy

No returns are accepted once an order is delivered, except for cases where the product is defective or missing on arrival.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement in such cases, the customer must provide a single, unedited, and uncut video showing:
- The outer packaging from all sides before opening,
- The entire unboxing process, and
- The condition of the product as received.
Videos that are edited, paused, or incomplete will not be considered valid proof.
This video must be submitted to us on the same day of delivery. We do not accept complaints after 24 hours of delivery.
We reserve the right to approve or reject the return/refund request based on the evidence submitted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Ashish Jewellers and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose.
You may not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the functionality of our website.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban users violating these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
